Just showed it on the Fox news. He went to pie JD and JD saw it and blocked him. Toby pulled his arm away real fast to avoid the counterattack, and instantly his facial expression went from a smile to pain, while grabbing his shoulder in the process. Lets hope hes ok!

Agreed. The stunt is getting old and if a player actually gets hurt doing it, that's incredibly stupid.

This is hilarious. I wasn't aware of Toby's terrible athletic ability until I saw his fat ass last Saturday running like Prince Fielder on a double that anybody else would of scored on. This just tops it off for me.

They are saying "he's fine" but I never believe and of these teams when it comes to injuries these days.

What options do we have in the Farm just in case?

As long as we keep winning I don't mind. The champagne and beer celebrations after clinching divisions is just as dangerous in my mind.

I sometimes wondered why a team like the Braves and Yankees would celabrate a division clinch / playoff berth.

That's like guys high fiving each other in my bowling league for picking up a cheap spare.

Yea if he gets hurt it's stupid but do really expect that they're going to stop.*I truly believe that one of the main reasons that this team succeeds is because they have fun and win while they are doing so

Not really, it's a lame argument. He's not comparing Toby Hall to the average man, he's comparing him to other Major League players. In contrast, he's WAY out of shape.

Eddy Curry is a fat-ass, but he's still in better shape than 60% of America. That doesn't mean I can't call him a lazy, fat-ass because I'm not 7'0 and never played in the NBA.

He's a back-up catcher hitting .286/.340/.347.

And considering he's in the Majors, he probably doesn't have "terrible athletic ability."

So he's in the upper percentile of the people in the world who can play in the Major Leagues but he's on the low end of that scale so he's still a better player than 99.99999999 percent of the world? Oh I get it. He's a lazy fat ass and he has no athletic ability.

I think your argument is:

Did I ever compare myself to Toby Hall? Even A.J. would of scored on the play I was talking about. Toby's slow (slower than most catchers), case and point. Don't read into it further than that.

Serves that ******* right. He was told to knock it off and I guess had to learn the hard way.

Hey Toby, get away from (another player's) spotlight... and instead go work on your, um, less than spectacular pitcher-handling and running game-controlling skills, to say nothing of maybe hitting a good fastball once in a while...

What did Toby Hall do to deserve the "*******" label?.

Because Toby Hall is an attention whore who needed to knock that tired old spotlight-seeking shaving cream pie schtick off in, like, 1943? :dunno:

I tell you what: don't come here bitching & calling for Hall's head when that **** finally scratches someone's (Carlos Quentin?) cornea 3 days before ALDS..... and, perhaps even more tragically, some of the resultant high-velocity cream splatter ends up killing the interviewer Erin Andrews' brand new work-suit.

Fittingly, the other day when the tables were turned and Toby Hall got one all up in his grill, dang, he looked pissed as hei-ll.

You're right....He's a fat ass....slow....can't throw, block pitches, but he seems to provide something towards the team in the clubhouse and well, he's basically Widger. Surely not worth his salary on the field, but much like Oswaldo, I think his contributions are behind the scene and helps keep the team loose.

Yeah, because none of the other players seem to enjoy it, or have taken part in the festivities themselves. Hey, but if you think it's tired they should stop immediately.

Yeah, because none of the other players seem to enjoy it.

Yeah, they just love them some smashed mouth-, nose- & eye-ful of revolting, burning cheap-brand shaving cream... while they're being interviewed in front of millions of viewers, listeners.

Jermaine Dye in particular can't get enough of that ****.

 Where's Michael Westbrook to set Toby Hall straight via a ferocious beatdown, err, I mean, via a pleasant conversation.... when you need him?

It looks like they are having fun to me. If the players had a problem with it, I'm sure someone would have said something. You seem to be Jermaine Dye's spokesperson though, so you would probably know better.

Ozzie said that it is cool. This team has a lot of mojo in the locker room working for them right now. Do not change a thing.
