Good article on the 1st "Turn Ahead The Clock" game in July 1998. Apparently Junior Griffey was a huge supporter of this idea and had a say in the design of the uniforms etc.

The best part was when Junior wanted to wear the jerseys untucked. The creator of the promotion told him he couldn't do that and Griffey said: "Didn't the White Sox play with untucked jerseys in the 1970's?"
Pretty ironic.......little did Junior know that it truly was turn ahead the clock day.....turn ahead the clock to 2008 when he really was playing for the White Sox.:D:
