I'd love to have a list of everyone's message boards, even the teams that we don't have any real connection to. I know these have been listed before and I could search but I tried with a random example of the Blue Jays and couldn't find it listed anywhere.

Any info would help, thanks!!!

Avoid northsidebaseball.com like the plague if you are looking for Cubs fans to talk to. I lurked there during the crosstown series and was dumber for having done so. Truly some of the dumbest fans posting in one message board that you will find. There was a thread there recently where they doubted the number of fans who showed up at our WS parade. There was also a thread complaining about Steve Stone being over critical of the Cubs and "catering" to the Sox. They apparently believe his ego is too big. There was also a "who do you want to play in the World Series?" thread and the White Sox were deemed unacceptable as an opponent because they aren't "historically significant" enough. We also apparently have no traditions as a team or fanbase according to them.

I guess in order to be a "historically significant" opponent, we must not win a World Series title in 100 years.

It's amazing that there are so many Chicagoans who would rather celebrate 100 years of futility and losing baseball than world championships. We could win again this year and next season the Cub Nation Media machine would be promoting the "Start Of A New Century Tradtion"

http://soxandthecity.net/ is a great alternative White Sox site and forum.

Now there's a laugh. Honestly, some of their fans must have a hard time breathing with their heads so far up their asses. And what the **** is so "historically significant" about the Cubs? They've sucked major ass for the last century!

soxtalk.com has a lot of very good discussions about the Good Guys.

I was registered there and when I went a few months without posting, my account was deleted. Guess they don't tolerate deadbeats over there, huh? :dunno:

Your thoughts echo what those guys think about this place. I think there is decent and pretty objective talk about the Cubs over there, but if you are looking to see what they say about the White Sox, you're making a mistake. There are posters there who do seem to like to complain about the White Sox and Sox fans complaining about the Cubs and then, in the same thread, pride themselves on not caring about the Sox.

southsiders.net is another decent Sox board, although I haven't been there in a while. I think it was started by some refugees from Soxtalk, but some of the posters post here, too.

I enjoy soxandthecity.net. Except for maybe that Wong character.:D:
