Doot doot doot, Another One Bites The Dust, Do do Doot Doot Doot, Another One Bites the Dust, and another one's gone and another one's gone, Another Bites the Dust. Did he threaten to kick J.P. Riccardi's ass after he heard the news? I blame Big Hurt for all this. If he hadn't whined about being benched due to that jerk only caring about money, the Blue Jays would have played a lot better and Gibbons would still be managing the team.

About time, that guy's a real jerk on a power trip. I'm surprised he's lasted this long.

According to Sportsnet Canada (http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/2008/06/20/jays_pirates_preview/), the Blue Jays are bringing back Cito Gatson! It's really hard to imagine what it would've been like if the White Sox ended up with Gatson as their manager instead of Ozzie...:o:

Must be having a fire sale. Who can we pry away from Canada?

Ricciardi is facing the guillotine soon, I'd imagine.

How about Uribe and Ozuna for Wells, Marcum, Halladay and Rios?

Manager first, and then the GM. Seems they're doing opposite of the Mariners.

Gaston gives them credibility with the fans. That's a good short term move. I'm wondering if ownership will give JP much more time. He's really left that team in a bad spot - worse than Depodesta did to the Dodgers.

Maybe it isn't Beane's system - rather the amazing fortune they had with the big 3 SPs and hitters all coming together and all healthy, the trickle down in prospects/picks from unloading them and lots of steroids?

Are there any disciples of Beane out there succeeding?

Theo Epstein, i think. But then again, I could probably succeed with a $200 million payroll
