29-8

I knew it had to be good, but that's pretty incredible. Don't usually put any stock in MLB home field advantage, but that's a little difficult to ignore. Hope we get a good share of Sox fans at Wrigley this weekend.

If the Sox play their game, that W/L record at home means nothing.

If they lose to the Rays tonight and we take 2 or 3 it could be a belated June Swoon.

I'm not sure an offense has come into to Wrigley like our offense can be and has been this week so far.

And remember they lost the first two home games of the season to the Brewers.

I'd like to point out that the Cubs have a great home record on their brand new field that was put in place by our very own "Sod Father," Roger Bossard. Once again, it takes the White Sox to lift up Chicago baseball to respectability.

You just now noticed that? Only five teams as of now are over .500 on the road this year. There is a very strong home-field advantage this year in MLB.

My team is in last place, they need all the help they can get...

I was just pointing out that they lost the first two games, making what they've done at home even more impressive.

Like it or not they've played exceptional, and that's a fact, at home.

That has absolutely ZERO, NOTHING, NADA to do with this weekend.

Talk about overreacting....jeeze.

You can't say a damn thing around here without people blowing things completely out of proportion.

That's my thinking too. They've won 11 or 12 in a row at home. Which means they are due for a loss or two.

Plus we'll have plenty of our fans in the crowd. Not as much as a home team advantage as usual! :D:

Eh... No...

There are lots of things you can get away with here, Royals fan, wishing for Sox losses isn't one of them, even lightheartedly. Sorry...

Beat me to it! Sheesh, seems like they played Pittsburgh about every other series so far this year. However...

...they only get the Pirates six more times.

Meanwhile, I'm hoping the D'Backs can open up a can on the Twins this weekend.

I just hope the Sox take at least one so they can stop serving 45-cent beer at the Harry Carey's in Lombard.:redneck
