We need a Base clogging first baseman that can't hit to replace the guy that we just put on the DL...:cool:

Coop can fix him.

Walker can fix him.

Fixed it for you? :?::scratch:........:redneck

Anyway, Richie Sexson seems to me like an updated version of Dave Kingman. Or maybe I just think that because they're both tall.

I think this is a no-brainer for the Cardinals to pick him up. They need a power bat to replace Pujols for a while and I don't think Duncan can do the job.

I don't see why Duncan can't be just as bad as Sexson is, plus, Pujols should be back in 2 or 3 weeks, at least from what I read.

National League pitching + a much better ballpark for HRs could do wonders for Sexson's offensive production. Plus, I'm not convinced that Albert will be 100% when he returns (if he returns in 2-3 weeks as planned). Sexson would be some good insurance. Sexson may be having an off year but he does have over 300 HRs in his career which is nothing to sneeze at.

Mathers and Duncan play 1B. Sexson would do nothing for them.

Sexson would do nothing for any team except increase their average height...

I'd rather have Sexson over Ross Gload...

So we're calling Sexson a pretty offensive player, is that it?

Too crowded here. Even with PK on the DL, we've got Brad Eldred waiting in the wings.

How are some of you defending him? He's really, really bad. Like really bad. Great he has 350 HR, but he's not good. Jack Cust might soon get 300 HR, but he's not a player I'd particularly like to have on my team. Sexson has come a .230 hitter with power and no other tangible skills.

Coop can fix him.

I laughed out loud at this. Excellent.

Fixed it for you? ........

I think you missed the subtlety of the joke.

If you're serious that is laugh out loud hysterical.
