With the thunder clouds of the rockies
in the past, we still are risen in first place
to cub fans i say it must sucketh to HAVE
to be 20 games over to lead by 3.5
where our Brothas of the south district
are 7 ova .500 and 4 and 1 half games ahead
THE bucs of the steel town, head into our
fortress of fantasism, to take on our guys
Have no fear, have no worry, my fellow soxens
We shall rise up and with a might
stronger than Hancock tossing a whale
We will fullfill our duty to the Baseball elite
above, who are boldly cheering our victories
and testing us with a FEW FEW losses
All on to plowing our path thru baseball

With six games with the fornicators of futility
in the next two weekends, we will play our best
