So, with the apparent improvement by Gascan, which one gets Glover's set up spot for now?

I think w/o question is should be Howry. I think he the best setup man the Sox have. My dad hates Osuna, and I think he still has a lot to prove, but he would be valuable.....

Should be Howry's job. Osuna can't throw back to back days.

Even with all the pain Howry put me through last season, I'd have to agree that he's earned the job back. If Wunsch can now some how return to his 2000 form the bullpen will be pretty tough.

Both have their good days and their bad days, but it'll prob be Howry, despite Osuna's performance tonight.
But as soon as Howry stinks it up, we'll want Osuna back there. Who evers ht will be in there for us

Bobby has proven he deserves the set-up role this season. He has pitched well in middle relief and in late innings. With Glover taking the 5th spot, Howry should get to Foulke. Osuna can pitch middle innings well enough but in light of last nights performance i don't think he can pitch that late in a game. His three wins were all easy and he didn't earn them. He needed to show up last night but he didn't.
Howry!

Right now, I'd have to say Howry. But I haven't seen much from him this year. I'll have to check on his stats.

Legs are almost as good as a Sox win

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing after the game. I was just waiting for someone here to call me on it. :D:

Seriously, I still think Osuna should be the setup man. Until Howry proves he can use his new splitter consistantly, I'm going with Osuna. If Howry does that, I could see giving him the setup role. Besides, both of these guys are so close in talent, that Manuel may just pick his setup man on a night-to-night basis, depending on who's hot and who's more rested.
