What is the story with Ricky Brooks? I've barely heard about him in the forum.

What is the story with Ricky Brooks? I've barely heard about him in the forum.

Unfortunately, he just hasn't pitched very good. The Sox picked him out of HS but he didn't sign, and his results in college were good but not at the level you would expect from a 3rd round choice. Here is his pitching line so far this year (his career results are about the same):
