Maple Bats break easily, 10 of them will be done in about 2 months. I wonder how long the pitcher will last...

If I were him, I would of retired already. It's literally saying he's worth a bag of baseballs.

The story is actually funny.

The pitcher had to be dealt because he could not cross the Border. The team with the pitcher didnt like any of the other players on the team he is going too, so they choose Bats instead.

If Im the Pitcher I might be a little worried, apparently he is going to a team with no one having more worth than 10 bats.

Lefty Grove always joked that he was traded for a fence. I think one minor league team traded him for cash, which paid for a new fence.

A minor league hockey player was once raded for a bus. He said "A least it was a nice bus."

We will all have to think twice before offering to trade someone for a "bucket of baseballs." Somebody just might!
