Guess who looked worse? (http://cf.rrstar.com/sports/storypage.cfm?ID=2701)

I can gurantee that you won't find many articles like this in any of the Chicago papers... :D:

Good article, except there is no way in hell 35,000 people were actually at Wrigley yesterday. Maybe a third of that total at the most. Telander's column in the Sun-Times claims that people were actually booing Shammy a little yesterday, which proves that there are some Cub fans who actually care about winning.

Actually, the Sun-Times stepped up to the plate re: the Flubs:

"Cubs Going Nowhere Fast" is a pretty harsh headline, don't you think? About time.

:moron

My silence on the issue speaks volumes.

Well, there are still plenty of other bad things to say about it. Especially if anyone noticed on the main sports page of the site under the Cubs it says "The Cubs, the Rock River Valley's favorite baseball team, look to see if they can build off of their surprising success in 2001."

At least I can say I don't live in Rockford, but right next to it.
