Hey guys,

I just picked up some tickets for 6/28 vs the Cubs. I'm coming in w/ two friends from NY. We're going to 6/26 Cubs game vs. Baltimore and then the crosstown game on Sat.

My question is, are the seats ok? Section 550 Row 20.
I got them at a decent price and the seller said he didn't think they were obstructed.
Does this sound right?

Thanks:smile:

I'm pretty sure you're good but I'm basing my opinion from here (http://www.seatdata.com/html/mlb_white_sox/section_mlb_white_sox_550_800x600.htm). It's a small image of the view from 550 but not sure about the row, although it doesn't appear anything would be hindering your view.

There are support beams up towards the top of the upper deck, so your view could indeed be obstructed. I've sat up near the top of the upper deck a few times and not had problems with the beams so it could be just fine.

If I'm not mistaken, row 20 is the 2nd to last row. In that case the support beams for the upper deck roof could possibly be an issue. I think it will really depend on where in that row you have seats. Many seats up there should be just fine, but there may be some where a beam blocks your view of something.

Your DO have OBSTRUCTED seats! :(: The beams start in row 15. :(:

When you are up past row 15-16 or so, the beams only come into play if your seats are on the aisle, so if your seat numbers are 1-4 or 20-24 or so, it may be an issue. Otherwise you should be fine.

Actually, that is true. So, seats like 10-14 are prefect!

By the way, they're called columns, not beams.
