Sox welcome first late rally

PHILADELPHIA - For once the cliche was true. This was definitely a team victory.

The entire White Sox bench had been exhausted by the time extra innings began but manager Jerry Manuel's remaining troops managed to find a way to pull off an unlikely 6-3, 12-inning victory at Philadelphia Tuesday night.

Biddle came in to get the final out for his first career save but only after the Sox had tied the game in the ninth on Tony Graffanino's sacrifice fly and then taken the lead on Kenny Lofton's two-run triple in the 12th.
