Enquiring Sox Fans want to know!

If only Sox Fans knew...
 Last Series vs. Montreal
  • This is the first meeting ever between the White Sox and Expos.  Oh, what could have been in 1994...
 Totally Biased Sox Notes
  • In his last three starts, Jon Garland's ERA has fallen 1.50 points, from 5.98 on May 27 to 4.48 today.
  • In the last 10 games or so, the Sox have had the worst batting average as a team in the Majors.
  • The Sox, who once lead the Majors in runs scored, have slipped to a tie for fourth behind the Yankees, Red Sox, and Mariners.  They are tied with Minnesota and stand only 2 runs ahead of 6th place Anaheim.
  • Last year, the Sox were 12-6 in interleague play.
 Know thy Enemy!
  • The Expos were 8-10 (.444) in interleague play last season, and were 68-94 (.420) on the 2001 season.
  • The Expos are not road warriors, as they have posted a 10-19 (.345) mark on the road so far.
  • Only one of Montreal's projected starters, Tomokazu Ohka has faced the South Siders before.  In 6.0 innings of work, he has allowed 9 runs (all earned).
  • Vladamir Guerrero is the story here.  He leads the team in total bases, home runs, RBIs, walks, stolen bases, on-base perecntage, and slugging percentage.
 What to watch for!
  • Royce Clayton's hot Caribbean moves on Friday night!
  • Will the Sox offense disappear against two more pitchers they've yet to see?
  • Will Royce want some cheese with all his whine?
  • The scoreboard... Lose, Twins, lose!
